Calumet Open Day – Thu 18th April 2013

April 16, 2013

CALUMET SPRINGS INTO OPEN DAY ACTION IN BELFAST

The popular Calumet Open Days are back for the spring – including an event at Calumet Belfast.

Six stores in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland are participating in the promotion, which again features ‘hands-on’ involvement with many key manufacturers.

The Open Day event at Calumet Belfast is on Thursday April 18 (10am to 4pm)

Sian Hamer, Calumet marketing executive said: “As usual at these popular events our customers can come and get expert advice completely free of charge, whatever their level of skill. In Belfast we will have experts on hand from many of the leading imaging organisations including, Nikon, Canon, Epson, Lowepro, Fujifilm and Profoto. We’ll have special offers available and free sensor cleaning for Nikon and Canon bodies (all cameras must have fully charged batteries and will be limited to one clean per person)”.

In addition – Glenn Norwood, multi-award-winning photographer and faculty member at the Metropolitan College, Belfast, will be presenting ‘Off Camera Speedlight’ demos outside the Calumet store – using Genesis Speedlights and Calumet light modifiers. Additionally, a professional model will be on hand for live portrait shoots.
